Manufacturing Defect or Damage in Transit: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or if it's damaged during transit, we're here to facilitate its return or exchange
Incorrect Product Received: If you have received the wrong item, we apologize for the error and will promptly assist you in resolving the issue.
Non-Eligible Reasons for Return:
Natural Variations: Please note that minor differences in color and wood grain are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.
Misuse of Product: Damages caused by misuse of the product are not eligible for return or replacement.
Missing Packaging: Any product returned without its original packaging will not be accepted.
Sale Items: Purchases made during a sale period are not eligible for return or exchange.
Altered Condition: Products returned in a condition different from how they were delivered will not be accepted.
Notification and Procedure:
To initiate a return or exchange, please notify Hammerbeats within 48 hours of receiving the product. You can reach us by emailing care@hammerbeats.com. Please include clear images of the damaged or defective product, your Order ID (found in your order confirmation email, beginning with HB****), and a brief explanation of the reason for return in the following format:

The product must be returned in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt. To facilitate a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition. Please note that returns or exchanges will not be accepted if not initiated within this 7-day period.
Exchange Policy:
- Customers may exchange a product for the same item in the case of a valid return.
- We cover all shipping costs associated with exchanging the product.
- Each order is eligible for one replacement only.
How to Return & Exchange?

- Select the order containing the product you wish to exchange.
- Select Exchange
- Choose the reason for your exchange.
- Follow the instructions to complete the exchange request.
- Package your item in the original packaging.
- Our courier partner will collect the package from your home. However, in some cases, you may be asked to ship the product to us if pickup is unavailable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

We don't encourage refunds because the costs associated with packaging and shipping are significant. We strive to provide you with the best experience by offering high-quality products, excellent packaging, and reliable courier services.

- If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, you have the option to return it for a refund. In this case, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.

Refund Process:
- Refunds will be initiated upon receipt of the returned item at our store.
- Once we receive the shipment and confirm it meets our return policy, your refund will be processed. A credit for the paid amount, minus applicable shipping costs, will be issued to the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account. Then contact your credit/debit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
