Return Policy

At Hammerbeats, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your order for a genuine reason, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery, and our team will assist you after a quick verification process.
You must also notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product for any valid return or replacement request.

We generally do not encourage returns or refunds, as each order involves high costs in packaging, handling, and shipping. We recommend carefully reviewing your order before purchase. Our aim is to provide you with a great experience through high-quality products, premium packaging, and reliable courier partners.

Return Eligibility Guidelines

  • Valid reasons for return: manufacturing defects, damage in transit, or receiving an incorrect product.
  • Non-eligible reasons for return: natural variations in wood (colour, grain, texture), misuse, improper handling, missing original packaging, used or altered products, or items bought during sales.
  • Return shipping fee: for return requests not related to damage or incorrect items, a return shipping fee will apply.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled and fully refunded only if they have not been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

If your order was placed using a prepaid payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, etc.), the refund will be credited back to the original payment method once processed.

Replacement Policy

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Contact us at care@hammerbeats.com within 7 days of delivery, and ensure you notify us within 48 hours for any valid issue.
  2. Your email must include:
    • Order ID: HB**** (found in your order confirmation email)
    • Reason: (Damage / Incorrect Product / Others)
    • Attachments: Clear images or video showing the defect or damage
  3. We will arrange pickup of the item.
  4. After inspection, a replacement product will be dispatched.
  5. If a replacement is not available for the item, a refund will be initiated following our refund process.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated only after we receive the returned item at our store.
  • Once the shipment is received and verified against our return policy, your refund will be processed.
  • A credit for the paid amount(minus applicable shipping costs)will be issued to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • If you haven’t received your refund yet:
    • First check your bank account.
    • Then contact your card company, as the posting time may vary.
    • Next, check with your bank; processing delays are common.
    • If you still have not received the refund, please write to us at care@hammerbeats.com.

Important Conditions

  • The product must be in original condition with all original packaging intact.
  • Replacements cannot be issued without complete packaging.
  • Only one replacement is allowed per order.
  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible.
